Returns & Refunds

At BEKKA Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality raw Vietnamese hair products. Due to the nature of raw human hair extensions and lace products, please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from BEKKA Hair, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only where:

The incorrect product was supplied by BEKKA Hair
The item received is materially faulty upon arrival
The product remains unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in its original condition

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
The hair must not have been installed, worn, cut, coloured, chemically treated, washed, brushed aggressively, or otherwise altered
Lace products must not have had the lace cut or customised
Original packaging, tags, and bundle ties must remain intact

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of human hair products, used products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once used or altered:

Installed wigs, bundles, closures, or frontals
Hair that has been cut, coloured, bleached, toned, permed, or chemically processed
Lace products where the lace has been cut or customised
Products showing signs of wear, styling, washing, odour, or product build-up
Sale items or promotional purchases
Custom-made or personalised wigs

As raw human hair is a natural product, slight variations in colour, texture, density, and strand pattern may occur between bundles. These natural variations do not constitute faults.
