- Custom wigs and made-to-order items: 1 - 2 business day(s)
Please note:
- Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays
- During launches, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended
- Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship using trusted courier services including:
- FedEx
- Royal Mail
- Other selected tracked courier partners depending on destination
Shipping services are fully tracked where available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges applied by their local customs authority.
BEKKA Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by the courier. Refunds will not be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.
BEKKA Hair is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer error
