Our hair

What types of hair does BEKKA offer?

We offer Vietnamese hair in two ranges: raw single-donor hair and multiple-donor hair.

What makes BEKKA Hair different?

Our selection is informed by research. We met with more than 2,000 vendors across China, Vietnam, India and Cambodia, and sampled hair from 100 suppliers. Drawing on a background in chemistry and medicine, we used microscopy and chemical analysis to investigate hair against suppliers’ claims.

Is the hair chemically processed?

Our raw single-donor hair is not chemically processed. It is thoroughly washed and conditioned.

Our multiple-donor hair is washed, conditioned and treated with a silicone conditioner for added smoothness and slip. The hair is lightly processed to achieve consistency and hair textures that do not morally appear in Vietnamese donor.

Does “single donor” refer to each product or my entire order?

Single donor refers to each individual bundle or lace product—not your entire order. One donor may not provide enough suitable hair to fulfil an order of 400 grams or more, so separate products within an order may come from different donors.

Which hair textures are available?

Our raw single-donor range comes in straight and body wave. Our multiple-donor range offers a wider selection, including deep wave, loose curl and kinky textures. Explore the available options on each product page.

How many bundles will I need?

The number depends on your chosen length and how full you would like your hairstyle to look. As a general guide:

Bob length: 2–3 bundles.
Bra-strap length: 3–4 bundles.
Tailbone length: around 4 bundles, particularly for a fuller look.

Longer styles generally need more bundles to achieve comparable fullness.

What types of lace do you offer?

We offer HD lace: a fine, flexible lace with a near-transparent appearance, designed to blend discreetly against the skin.

What is the difference between a closure and a frontal?

A closure covers a smaller area, usually around your chosen parting. A frontal provides broader coverage across the front hairline. The coverage depends on the dimensions of the lace product you choose.

Delivery & returns

How long will dispatch and delivery take?

We process orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery generally takes a further 3–5 working days, although timings vary by destination. The delivery estimate for your order is shown at checkout.
